I’m Nishank Rai, an entrepreneur at heart and the founder of BizBloomAI, where we blend cutting-edge AI with luxury-grade digital design to help small businesses thrive in today’s market.

At Bucknell I study Economics and minor in Finance, and I’ve rounded out my studies with marketing courses from the University of Pennsylvania plus Google certificates in computer science and data analysis.

Before BizBloomAI I launched Suds & Scrubs Washing, a car and power-washing venture that taught me the nuts and bolts of branding, service delivery, and local marketing. Working hands on showed me the daily challenges small business owners face and how the right tools can transform their results.

I’m Ryan Shacklett, a lifelong athlete and business student at Virginia Tech, and the co-founder of BizBloomAI, where we help small businesses thrive with AI powered websites, automation, and premium branding.

My path mixes hands-on hustle with strategic know-how. I’ve started two ventures of my own RS Autodetailing and Two Brothers Powerwashing learning firsthand how to build, market, and scale service businesses from the ground up. A professional internship with Blue Bell Private Wealth Management deepened my skills in finance and client relations.

Leadership has always been part of my story. I captained my varsity soccer team and led a local chapter of the Travis Manion Foundation, working with the community to spark purpose and connection. These roles sharpened my ability to lead with clarity, connect with people, and stay composed under pressure.

Outside the classroom I keep a drive for balance, whether through competition on the field or new business challenges. I’ve taken courses in computer science, finance, and advanced business, constantly leveling up because I believe success comes from staying ahead of the curve.
